We just pushed a new build that adds a drop-down in the subscribe success message so you can add it to a folder on the spot.

Ahh. I see. It only happens when you subscribe using the sidebar on the page. You should make it function when adding via the Subscribe bookmarklet @ the Firefox RSS button.
